FTS Mobile Tyres provides mobile tyre fitting, replacement, and emergency tyre services at your requested location. All appointments depend on technician availability and a safe, suitable environment for the work (e.g., flat surface, accessible parking).
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any service if the conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or inaccessible.
Booking: Services can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website contact form.
Cancellations: Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may not qualify for a refund.
Deposits: A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable for same-day cancellations or no-shows and are deducted from the final invoice.
Full Payment: Any outstanding balance is payable upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pricing: Prices include VAT and cover call-out, tyre fitting, tyres, and tyre disposal (where applicable), unless stated otherwise.
We aim to provide high-quality service at all times.
Service Concerns: Contact us within 48 hours of your service. We will review your case and may offer a partial refund, revisit, or alternative solution.
Used Tyres: Tyres that have been fitted and used cannot be refunded, except in cases of manufacturer defects.
Completed Services: Once a tyre fitting is completed as requested, the service portion is non-refundable.

When booking with FTS Mobile Tyres, you confirm that:
Your vehicle is at the provided address and the service location is safe and accessible.
Accurate tyre sizes, contact information, and location details are provided.
You, or someone authorised, will be present to grant access or hand over vehicle keys if needed.
⚠️ Important: If the location is unsafe or inaccessible, we may need to reschedule, and a call-out or rescheduling fee may apply.
We take your privacy seriously and protect your personal data.

Usage: To provide and improve our services, confirm appointments, send updates, and share marketing materials if you opt-in.
